Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your unworn footwear, please follow the instructions detailed below. Please note that all items must be returned within 28 days of the signed for date of receiving your order in original packaging and unworn.
UK
- Contact us quoting your order number.
- We will send you a DPD returns label by email. The email will list your closest DPD pickup shops which you’ll need to take your parcel to once you’ve attached the new label.
- Please ensure you also fill in and include the John White returns form so when we receive your return, we know whether you want a refund or a replacement.
- Once we have received the footwear back we’ll be in touch to confirm that a refund has been made or a replacement sent.
UK sale items
We regret that we can’t offer free returns for sale items bought in the UK. Returns of UK sale items are made at your own expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery service.

EU and Rest of the World
We regret that we can’t offer free returns for items bought outside of the UK. Returns are made at your own expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery service.
Please note that we can only offer refunds on non-UK returns, not exchanges.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt.
